Wine Tasting at Cannibal Creek

For many years an old corrugated iron barn was where we pretty much did the lot – from tastings to making. You can still catch a glimpse of the shed as you drive in. These days our visitors enjoy our architect designed premises, designed to sit comfortably in country surrounds and built by Pat himself.

We have several areas to choose from. You can enjoy a comfortable stool at the Main Bar or Bar Table made from Jarrah and Red Gum. Relax at one of our Tables, either in the restaurant, private dining or out on the covered verandah, and enjoy some of the local art we feature on the walls. Or sink into one of our Leather Arm Chairs by the well stoked wood fire, maybe even try your hand with the chess board or enjoy a magazine or two.

While you are here, browse from a range of local and imported items for sale, including a selection of cheese, wine and pantry items, and condiments.

Local Produce

Local produce is at the heart of Cannibal Creek Vineyard, as it is for most of the Gippsland region. We are lucky enough to have access to quality produce. Not only is the quality of these products outstanding, but buying local and maintaining a strong relationship with local suppliers ensures that the region continues to grow and thrive.

Cannibal Creek is proud to share our favourite products that many of you would have sampled at our restaurant or bought at our in-restaurant store.

Cannibal Creek Winery is a hidden gem in West Gippsland. The location is quiet and serene, away from the hustle and bustle of the maddening crowds. You can dine inside, by the fire or out on the deck when the weather is right…Being a winery they also have a fabulous range of wines to complement every dish. Their Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is definitely my favourite.

There were 4 of us dining (2 for the first time at Cannibal Creek) and the feedback from each of us was unanimous. The meals were sensational and staff and venue awesome. From the moment we walked in our awesome waitresses (sorry cannot remember her name) was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. We will be back

We could not have chosen a better place than Cannibal Creek for our catch-up with friends from South Gippsland. The friendly welcoming staff, the tasting facility, the food, wine and service were second to none. The share platters were perfect for us and the Cannibal Creek Chardonnay a stand-out. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Lunch, had a charcuterie board, cheese board and Arancini Balls. Food was delicious and the wait staff were professional, polite and did an amazing job. The setting was great, could look out over the deck to the grounds. A really nice place to come and enjoy local produce and wine. Well Done

We have been enjoying the Blanc de Blanc for a couple of years and today we thought we would visit the winery to taste what else was on offer and from the welcoming staff the afternoon was simply brilliant we hadn’t booked but we were accommodated. The wine list and menu were first class, this will be a place that we will enjoy with our family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon
