Cool stable spring temperatures, followed by an unusually long warm summer, more than usual for most parts of Southern Victoria.

Early budburst, good steady growing conditions followed by fast finishing and an early picking. Soil sustainability initiatives.  Fruit near perfect on flavour colour and structure. 8.5/10

“The Reserve bottling differentiates itself from the regular cuvee by way of barrel fermentation. This has imbued the wine with a creamy textural weave, a leesy smokiness and impressive breadth across the mouth. Herb, a faint whiff of passionfruit, galangal and verdant foliage all linger within. Despite the wine's ethereal grace, the finish bursts with intensity of flavour and tenacious length.” Rating 94/100
