Overview Terroir, a word not easily translated, implies a unique place and a unique moment in time. It is the terroir that gives certain wines their highly individual character - they taste like nothing else but themselves.
Our philosophy, to allow our vineyard to express itself as an individual site. So the skill therefore required by our team at Cannibal Creek is to nurture the vineyard and wine making from the vine to the bottle. Each year, we must decide if the vintage (and our efforts) is fit for the Cannibal Creek label.
Otherwise, it is bottled under our second label - Hardiker.
