“Stylish, elegant and finely composed…” 94/100 Jeremy Oliver, The Australian Wine Annual, 2011
‘There isn’t a lot of Australian varietal sauvignon blanc of international standard, but Cannibal Creek makes a wine of intense passionfruit and gooseberry flavour and nervy acidity… It’s one of the few Australian makers whose sauvignon blancs can rival the best from Marlborough in New Zealand.’ Jeremy Oliver, The Australian Wine Annual, 2010
‘Pale straw-green; an aromatic blend of citrus gooseberry and cut grass that has considerably thrust and length, and a vibrant minerally finish..’ 93/100, James Halliday AWC 2011
