Cannibal Creek's new architecturally designed cellar door is the ideal gateway to the Gippsland wine region. Sample award-winning wines matched with delicious french food and meet the owners Patrick and Kirsten Hardiker.

Come from Brittany, Philippe and Karine worked in London before immigrated in Australia. Philippe was privileged to worked at La Tante Claire in Chelsea under renowned Pierre Koffmann. They worked in various establishment such as Sirromet Winery. Karine and Philippe did together the reopening of the Provincial Hotel in Ballarat before meeting Pat and Kirsten. 
They are very happy to begin this new adventure with Pat and Kirsten from Cannibal Creek Vineyard and propose delicious french food.
