 August 2007 Newsletter

Winemaker Pat Hardiker reports on the 2007 vintage

'Build your own pizza oven' workshops - latest dates

Welcome to Cannibal Creeks newsletter! We have pulled out all the stops and have finally  created our first emailable newsletter. Some of you may have left your details with us years ago. We do endeavour to be in touch a little more frequently.

I will briefly update you on the position of our sauvignon blanc, we have currently sold out of both ranges and envisage the release of our 2007 vintage sometime early September. Also we have nearly reached the end of our Cannibal Creek 2003 Pinot Noir (which was a personal favourite of mine) and will be moving onto the 2005 vintage. The 2004 didn't go under either of our labels because I did not think it was good enough. The 2005 is an excellent wine and expect to it do do very well. Please see the website for futher details on any of our wines.

I would like to extend a special offer to you. Which is 6 bottles of our soon to be released Cannibal Creek 2005 Pinot Noir and 6 bottles of our Cannibal Creek  2004 Chardonnay  with free delivery any where in Australia for $290. To place an order either click on the link to email  or go to  order online. The 2004 Chardonnay won gold recently at the Gippsland Wine Show 2007 and The Hardiker 2005 pinot noir won top gold (93/100 James Halliday 2007) This offer is for the Cannibal Creek Pinot Noir  which is currently unreleased. It is the better blend of that vintage and I do expect it to do even better than the Hardiker Pinot.
